Shipping & Free Shipping
At FLVX you pay no shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium with an order above €100.

Packages under 100 caps are sent as letterbox packages without a Track & Trace code. No tracking is available for this.
Larger orders (>100 caps) will be shipped with Track & Trace.

Overview PostNL statuses

Shipment to be picked up at PostNL location | The package has been delivered to a pick-up location, address details are stated in the track & trace |
Delayed | The package has been delayed at PostNL (this can occur at busy times) |
It is possible that you are not at home at the time of delivery. In the event that your order is sent as a letterbox package, the delivery person will simply put it in your mailbox.
In the unlikely event that this is not possible, the delivery person will initially try to deliver to the neighbors. If the neighbors are not at home either, your order will be taken to the nearest PostNL pick-up location.
When your order has been delivered to the neighbors or to a collection location, you can find the address where it was delivered via your track & trace code.

Under normal circumstances, packages that are ordered before 16:00 are shipped the same day and should be delivered the next day.
There are really cases where it takes a little longer. The reasons for this can vary. Since the pandemic, for example, PostNL has unfortunately still regularly had trouble delivering mail items on time. It is also possible that a delivery person in your neighborhood is sick, or there is a staff shortage, which means that deliveries arrive a day or sometimes even two days later than planned.
That is very annoying, but unfortunately there is often nothing you can do about it. If you have received a track & trace code, you can use this to see where your package is. If you have placed an order without a track & trace code, it is best to wait another 2 working days. Still haven't received anything after that?
